Our offices are open between the hours of 08.30 am and 3.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 08.30 am to 1.00 pm on Friday.

You can call the office on 0121 605 0084 and one of our staff will be happy to help with any queries or problems that you may have. When the office is closed over evenings, weekends and bank holidays, we have an on-call system in place for urgent matters where a manager will be available to assist you.  The telephone number remains the same.
